Eating to live vs. Living to eatThursday, November 11, 2010
I have been really noticing that when I eat it's for nutrition and fuel, not purely for pleasure. Now I do not eat food I don't like but I am more willing than ever to eat au'natural. For example today I had spinach with tuna...I just spiced up the tuna with s/p, herbs and a squeeze of lemon. It was so good I could have eaten another serving LOL The tuna did have oil (not my usual choice) but I got the air tight package and didn't realize it was in oil, but it did not need to be drained. Bottom line is that I didn't drowned it in dressing ![]()

I 100% concur with Lovens84. This happens to me on a daily/weekly basis. It is frustrating. Continue the good fight.

Could be water weight from the retention in your muscles. I always go up the day after hard workouts because of all the water I drink that is held in the muscles. It will go down! Just keep working out and you'll see the results!
