Today is the beginning of week three in the Cinch and Inch competition and I am hoping to show a respectable loss, again
I have been doing the "cinch" competition for a week and have lost 3.5 pounds!
Whew! I thought I'd never see that scale move!
I love Sat AM spin class! It gets me up and out :)
My abs were still sore at boot camp yesterday but had a GREAT (hard) workout.
I started drinking IsaShakes this week and love how full I feel all morning.
