Every muscle in my body is screaming at me! I am SO SORE! Monday was a great butt kicking boot camp and today I did a little yoga to help stretch but should have walked or jogged. emoticon

Starting Cinch an Inch

I am starting an 8 week challenge at the Y called Cinch an Inch :) It is our version of the Biggest Loser! I am so excited and ready to melt the inches off!

Well this morning I am REALLY tracking my coffee/soy cream intake. I even measured out both emoticon with two cups of coffee I am at 80 cals and 5g fat THAT is speaking to me.

I used to use fat free cream but now I cannot tolerate dairy so I switched to soy and there is no low fat or fat free option emoticon

I am working on reducing my coffee intake in general so maybe the amount of fat will encourage me to cut back LOL

    What about almond milk? Almonds are so healthy! Have you tried that route?

    Thanks for the suggestion, I just really dislike the taste of soy milk in my coffee...I have done it and just can not stomach it...funny right? I use it in my cereal just fine.

  How about a nice lowfat soymilk but lots of it? I use that so I get my calcium and such and it's milky because I put so much into it. It's actually fairly filling as well so those calories actually count for something. But good for you for measuring it all out! Woohoo! It's those little details that make such a big difference.

    I'm sorry. (((hugs))) A stall or increase in weight can be so frustrating. With all the walking/jogging I have been doing, the scale hasn't changed. Makes me want to scream, but I keep going because I know that I am getting healthier. I know I eat way to few calories and it stalls me, but I have always struggled with eating enough.
