Wow another year gone! That was a fast year and for me- fitness wise has not been good. So that is going to change in 2012!
Fitness: increase my running, incorporate weights, strengthen my core, try zumba.
Emotional: heal my eating issues, forgive myself for poor choices, recognize my worth.
Nutritional: eat cleaner, no gluten, lower sugar and salt intake.
Spiritual: give thanks everyday, read my Bible daily, find a small group.
