I am reaching goals!

First- I was able to get my size 14 jeans on and wear them with 100% comfort! So glad to be out of those 16's!

Second- I weighed in today UNDER 190! To be exact 188.7

Third- I had to buy new work out pants b/c mine were literally falling off in Boot Camp on Friday! I went from XXL to L Tek Fit & Flare

I am so ready for this week!

We have been in Dallas for 2 weeks with the Grandparents and I am SO ready to get home and get my new year off on the foot *I* want it, at least in terms of food ;)

I have been very dedicated while here and went to the gym 7 times on my vacation, 6 of them were at 5am!

I do not expect to be too bad off on the scale

~Lose 30 pounds
~Run more often, work on my distance
~Run the Disney 5k (signed up) & other races in my area too
~De-clutter my house and get a system in place for daily chores
~Master gluten/dairy free baking
~Have consistent quiet time with God
~Utilize my time better in general
~Be more calm and consistent with my children

2010 coming to an end

I wanted to think about my year and see where I was, where I am going and what I accomplished.

I have been in Boot Camp with my Trainer at the Y for about a year and am so much stronger than I was.

I ran a 5k in 37:40 (I think) after not having run for about 7 years!

I have lost pounds and inches and am now LOVING working out.

I have stopped the binge eating, I have learned to "eat to live not live to eat"

Merry Christmas and I hope yours was terrific!

I am done taking some time off, between traveling and enjoying the holiday with my family it's time to get back in the groove. My parents are taking me to their health club today and the rest of my visit :)

We are going to buy my new spin shoes they are getting me for Chirstmas :) Also I got a Bodybugg SP from my hubby
