YAY today was better ALL around.

I was in a better mood, I ate well & on track emoticon
I went to spin class...though it was hard I made it and got a good workout.

Today was a BAD day! Bad...no workout, WAY over on calories and carbs.

This is the beginning...AGAIN emoticon

I am going to blog my efforts, starting photos, progress, journey and results! It may be the only way to get where I want to go!

Tuesday 9/7/10 I walk/ran 1.66 miles in 30 mins. I will take some before pics and get them up here.
