Well here I am ONCE AGAIN I just purchased Spark Solution. I need a kick in the pants and I am hoping this will be the start. I have been really struggling with my thyroid issues a lot (or maybe that is my excuse) and doing a lot of research on the internet. It seem I am stuck and can't get it going. So I thought why not try Spark People AGAIN??? My biggest problem as I have discovered is I need fat in my diet. When I go on a "low fat" diet I am hungry and always searching for something to put in my yapper. So I going to try eating a bit different that what they recommend (hey we are not cut out of the some cloth now are we?) A bit more protein and fat, and a lot less wheat products. I just love my crappy carbs, and don't get me started on my sugar addiction. I decided to give myself 30 days and see how it's going.

Boy what a weekend. Eating all kinds of fast food and seeing how much it adds to calories, fat etc. What an eye opener; now I know where and what I must do. Otherwise the weekend was wonderful. Did a lot of walking, and a lot around the house.
