Noticing a difference

I've been practicing the easier yoga poses and moves on my new dvd that i bought a couple of weeks ago. I'm getting better all of the time. I'm already noticing a very good effect of the yoga.
I'm on my way to see if I can buy the stretching dvd and then I'm on my way for my walk.

Beginning Yoga dvd purchase

About 2 weeks ago I bought a beginning yoga dvd called AM/PM Yoga. I read reviews of several people of Sparkpeople and this one was highly recommended. Although I'm having trouble doing man;y of the moves, I'm practicing and I'm doing more each time. I also want to buy the AM/PM stretching dvd.

  

Mt. St. Helens trip

I really had a great time going with a group to Mt. St. Helens. It's so beautiful and the weather was sunny and warm. We got to explore some of the Ape Cave and it was fun. We had lunch at a cute picnic area that had a boardwalk that looped around the park. There were many big holes in the ground that were caused by collapsed lava tubes. We then went to hike on the Ape Loop to see the beautiful waterfalls and river.

My injury kept me from walking and exercising like I had been. I also started back some bad eating habbits again. I'm feeling better now and have been working in the yard a lot and walking again. I'm better on my eating again and working on it more. I'm making it a goal to keep up with Sparkpeople and to get more involved. I'm checking on more stretching exercises and other things.

My parents gave me a Magic Bullet for a birthday present about 3 and a half years ago and I still haven't used it. I've been looking for all sorts of recipes for smoothies and other food ideas. I even bought a couple bags of frozen fruit that were on sale and I had a coupon to add to the savings. So why haven't I used it yet? I thought that I would have to decipher on how to use the Magic Bullet. Well, it's very, very easy to use and the precaution about not running the blade without being attached to the blender cup is posted in the kitchen. I figured out that if I don't have orange juice for the liquid portion I can use whatever I have on hand. I could use some of my Vitawater or Fuze or maybe tea. So my goal is to use my Magic Bullet today.
