Well here it is Tuesday and I survived Monday without my co-worker. Still working late at night to get things done for Thursday Show Car day. I wonder how people get in 8 hours of sleep...seems hard to fit it all in...Will take some day next week to travel out of state for my best friends birthday. Wanted to accomplish Zip Lining this year and we're going to do it. Also ride bikes on a bike path. Hoping to give her a big surprise.

Beginning of a busy week. Our business is bringing in Nationwide Show Car and simulator...so I'll be busy helping to set it up. My co-worker is off with her daughter in the hopsital. Will try to squeeze in evening work out with mother-in-law at Curves a couple of times this week. But will end off the week...Sunday by taking my daughter-in-law and mother-in-law to Phantom of the Opera. Should be a crazy stressful week but maybe it will end well. Hopefully I won't stress eat all week! Am being more consistent with 5 day a week (AM) exercising. Also helps relieve stress HA HA!

    Best of luck to you as you are having a crazy, busy week. Make you choices of food wisely and you should be fine...avoid stress eating...ask yourself if you really want each bite you put in your mouth. Maybe you can find some time for added walking while bringing in the Nationwide Show Car and simulator.

Had beautiful weather and worked out in the yard both days. The physical labor felt wonderful and we got alot done. Walked in a cancer walk in Cincinnati that my daughter-in-law was in charge of. Had fun with family. Now back to busy week. Have a Business Expo to set up a booth for on Tuesday and try to get my mother-in-law and I to Curves 3 times this week plus Praise Team practise etc.

    Wish I could be more active but am in the hospital following knee replacement. I am anxious to get over this part of recovery (lots of pain) and am looking forward to walking more and learning good body mechanics to reduce pain when getting in and out of bed. emoticon

Safe return to cool and rainy Ohio

Had a wonderful time and now back to work. It was so good to get away and spend time with my daughter and her friends. We included some kyaking, parasailing, riding bikes on the beach and lots of walking. Worked out in the gym one day...so including more physical exercise in my adventures!
