Well it's back to work and getting back on track with eating. Get those high calorie holiday foods out of the house.
Wondering what this New Year will bring. Am working on some goals for the New Year. Surprisingly I accomplished a lot of goals last year except for weight loss. But was consistent on working out and drinking water. Went through a lot of changes last year...boss retired, new boss/job and then moved to new location and adapted to a moody co-worker and office conflict...now learning to do a new job marketing and showcasing our business to the community.
Hubby's contract job may be over in two months so may have new adjustments to make. Learning I am a stress eater and if I'm in physical pain-eater. Guess I learned eating made me feel better along life's way...but it really doesn't make me feel better.
Going to finish up some projects this year...never decorated bedroom...always left it for last. Going to work on that this year. Going to go through daughter's room with all the boxes from son and daughter and clean that out and make a guest room in there. Gonna have another garage sale and clean things out. Gonna work on my attitude towards mother in law. Going to try and make occasional girl day with her to just go out and have fun...or go have coffee and sit and talk. Goals I can accomplish - just have to focus on it. If you don't have goals you wander around. I need somewhere to focus and head towards. Going to work on what I eat and how much....gonna be a GREAT YEAR!
