It's Saturday morning my day to sleep in and I woke up at 5:30. Must be rested or used to the time to get up. Looking forward to today. Going to take a drive and look at a new car. See if it's what we want. Will enjoy the drive through the countryside. Gotta get some housework done before we head out....

    I slept in! The hammers started on the house be constructed beside us at 7 am, but I managed to fall back asleep and later took a nap too. Must be really tired. A lot going on in my life!

    Why is it we always wake up early on our day's off with no problem? Then on the day's we can't sleep in we complain about it? Life's to short to get all we need to done don't ya think?

Was so tired last night...could have gone to bed at 8 pm but finally lasted until 9 pm Not sure why I'm so tired. Guess last night shoe shopping wore me out. Ready to face a new day!

You sound so much like me and my parents. Hang in there, we can do this! I wander sometimes how much trouble I was to my mom when I was small. I think God knew that dad would pass first and that mom would need help in her old age.

Success! Think we found a pair of shoes for my mom that will work for the wedding. At least we have a pair in hand. It went so much easier than I had thought. With God all things are possible. I just had myself all worked up that it wasn't going to go well and it did. Changing my attitude always helps. If I'm upset or stressed...it carries over onto her. Treasure these precious times with her as one day they will be gone and I can't get them back. For the most part we get along well and have fun together.

Another busy day today. Boy this week is crazy. Off to exercise

Off to work in a little while. Taking Mom to get her glasses over my lunch hour. Taking her out to look for shoes for the wedding after work. Hopefully we will find a pair tonight. Running out of time and ordering them didn't work. Need to adjust my attitude and relax.

Little stiff and sore from the garage cleaning! Wow still can't believe we moved so much stuff. Looking forward to the garage sale so we can get more stuff out of here.

What will this week bring? Have to take Mom to Eye Dr during lunch hour to get her new glasses. Meeting a friend for lunch on Thursday. Taking Mom to look for shoes after work on Tuesday...on and on.
