So I did that Jillian Michaels video today!
It was exhilarating! Phew!
Though, not very tough, thanks to all the Taebo I do. I was breathless half way through. I took a 2- minute break and went at it again.
I was able to finish it and I am content now. I was scared I probably won't do it and fail myself again but I pushed myself to do at least 10 minutes, once I started, I wanted to finish it. So ye, YAY me!
So, yesterday's Taebo made me very tired. Also, I had to walk so much around the campus to get some stuff done. It was tiresome too. But, we gulped sugarcane juice at the end of it. So, it was bearable.
In the evening, dad showed up with so much snacks and fruit. It was all mouth watering. But, I had to keep it down since I could not squeeze in any powerful workouts. I managed to eat some and shoved the rest of it away.
I am planning on protein filled dinner. My cold seems to have subsided. I have cough and some irritation in my throat but I hope it will be gone by tomorrow.
So for today's workout, I planned a Stretching routine lasting for some 10 minutes and some abs workouts as strength training for that part.
After losing weight successfully and gaining it back all within a year, I decided to take it slowly instead of loading all the stress on my body. Step by step.
So, I am thinking to take a plan like this:
Day 1: Taebo - 40 minutes
Day 2: Elliptical trainer - 45 minutes + Upper body strength training m
Day 3: Jillian Michaels Boxing DVD - 30 minutes + Light stretching for 10 minutes
Day 4: Elliptical trainer - 45 minutes + Lower body strength training
Day 5: Taebo - 40 minutes + Stretching 10 minutes
Day 6: Jessica Smith walking workout
Day 7: Stretching + Yoga + meditation - 10, 20, 10
Let's see how it goes. I will share my progress and how I feel about it at the end of the week.
Also, I am limiting my food to what is essential and to not give into cravings. I have a bottle of water at my desk to sip on every time I want to eat besides the actual meals.
It is such a bad news for me. After staying at 65kgs for over 6 months last year. I came back to 70 kgs last week. Of course, a huge entrance exam, frequent visits out of the city, stress-eating did not help.
Also, I noticed I can't workout as long as I used to and I am burning very less calories when I actually do workout. This is such a horrible situation.
There's a huge event coming up next month and I am supposed to look good for it. I am so tensed. I feel so bad. I don't know what I should do. Nothing is working.
Somebody tell me what to do. Please!
