Keeping it real can be hard at times I mean dang you meet a person that is healthy and fit and you guys start taking about running and eating fresh but knowing just 20 mins ago you just ate a twix small bag do Doritos and had a coke or red bull but sugar free so you don't feel guilty .we all know that this has happen to us once or twice before . And all you can do is smile and say to that person I know what you feel isn't it great just so you can seem like you guys are on the same page . Just because you lost some weight and feel like hey I lost some weight I am entitled to making a few bad choice it won't hurt but just before you know it you gain what you lost back and is so upset with your self and play the victim role stating why me and how come I can not lose any weight . But in reality you really haven't given your all in making a choice to stick with it . I am hear to say that weir we have a can attuide anything is possible ,we all can do it if we work hard at it and make the choice to win it . So who is with me !!!!!!!! Let's be done with it and live the life's we want to live . emoticon

My shoulder still hurts ,not much I can do but stretch it out first I was pretty sad about it and had the victim role going ,had not worked out in 3 long days and it feels like it is over and that I failed myself such in a big way .i think a lot people,can understand what I mean .
But as I am writing this I told my self that I am not a quieter and when life throws you oranges you make orange juice and everything will come out as sweet as it tastes . So I am going to keep it in motion and not sweat the crazy stuff ,till next time ,happy weekend .

  


Injury this sucks

Hi everyone I have an injury to my should and it hurts bad , I have been advised to keep it slow and more cardio with less are movement odd ... I took the day off but I feel like I should be doing something this sucks .hope every one is having a great one

I am in it to win it baby ,I am a solider at making fitness in my life and to have a great bod . Now we all want a great bod but how bad do we really want it if we don't give it our all . One of my goals are to make it happen and to be proud while doing so ,even if it take a year or longer but at least I am doing it and sticking to it .
What is the best workout or trainer you do please share looking for new fun ways to stay in shape . emoticon emoticon
