I struggle with being 40ish... Stuggling with anxiety/depression, a slowing metabolism, raising 3 kids, maintaining a home and working full time leaves little time for myself...This year I am taking back my health and fitness...I have been struggling with weight issues since my last child was born 3 1/2 years ago. I tried every diet with little to no success. This struggle led to depression then eating and more weight gain at which point I would start the vicious cycle all over again. I hated anyone who dropped weight because for me it was so difficult. Thank you Spark People. After tracking for only 2 weeks I am dropping weight and am feeling hope again for the firts time in over 4 years.
