So I lost my workout mojo when I started my new job. Ive gained a bit of weight and inches and I hate my new job. I also just had gall bladder surgery, apparently the thing was necrotic, but I feel so much better without it.
SO now I am job searching, trying to maintain my relationships, and workout all at the same time. My motivation is low, the missing gall bladder is going to make my weight loss even more difficult, but I have to do it.
Today I started by completing level 1 of the 30 day shred. I did the modified pushups and completed everything at the moderate level. Im sore, but fine.
Ive taken my measurements...and I am off :)
This time around I have to get my companion on board, he is always encouraging me, but says he loves me just the way I am...I am lucky :)
