Not in the physcial space kind of move, but move my body! If I don't get moving I am never going to hit my goal. I am already seriously behind and am going to have lots of catching up to do.
I worked out at the gym on lunch break today and hope to get in a nice 45 minute walk tonight with the hubs.

I am "borrowing" this idea from my friend, Cindy. As we all know, putting goals in writing somehow cements them and makes them more attainable.
Goal #1: Hit my 1,000 Fitness Minutes this month. Which means . . .
Goal #2: Average 35 minutes of exercise each day. Which should help with . . .
Goal #3: Down 5 more pounds.
This should be interesting as my office is moving, I am getting a new granddaughter and we are going camping.

Although I am not up to my pre-injury (last April) monthly fitness minutes, I am getting closer! I had been reaching 1,000 fitness minutes each month and was slowly not achieving that when I injured my hip/leg/back last Spring. Last month I hit 750 minutes and this month was ohhhh so close.
The "April Challenge" on the Motorcycle Chicks group helped immensely! I even got in fitness minutes while at a conference for work in Atlantic City. It helps so much just being accountable and checking in with the group on a daily basis.
Now if I can just stay focused on the 1,000 minutes this month, I will be all set!

This week is insanely busy for me. It started yesterday with purse party. Tomorrow night is the theater to see Peter Pan, Thursday night is a concert, Saturday is a wedding and Sunday we leave for Atlantic City -- oh and I need to study in between all this! I will be attempting to fit in as much exercise as I can. I do not want to loose momentum, but timing is going to be tight.
Then again -- I do love a good challenge
