End of Week One...

Not too bad of a week, overall. Lost 3 pounds, but I had two days of slippage, Tuesday and Wednesday. Tuesday I didn't make it to the gym because of the threat of that computer worm. I guess I've been under a rock because I didn't hear about it until that morning. I proceeded to download the recommended security patch. Wednesday was my bi-weekly guys night out. I didn't enjoy as much libations as normally, but I probably should have cut back even more. Oh well! Ready to take the weekend off from the gym and start getting my yard in shape. I'd like to go back in time and beat up whoever determined that weeds are bad. If they weren't considered that way, I'd have a yard fit for the botanical garden.

Day One...

This marks my first full day as a SparkPeople. I started the final exercise routine for rehabbing my shoulder this morning (I'm really beginning to hate rubber bands). Made it to the gym and am slowly re-introducing my body to a weight program. I haven't used any weights at all since surgery in October 07. Now I need to make myself log all of my food intake.

    OUCH! I'm such I wimp... I hate the bands and I reeeeeeally dislike lifting. ARG! CONGRATS on getting out there! Good luck on your road to recovery!
