Feeling good in a red dress 100 days after recommitting myself to a healthy lifestyle!
Ever wonder what you could do in 100 days? In 2009 I wondered what I could do with 100 days of consecutive exercise - I lost 40 lbs and decided to keep going ..My first 100 day Challenge is below:
My 2nd 100 days led to another 32 lbs off
After 365 days of exercise:
Somewhere along the way in 2010, I lost my priorities and settled into some of my old habits. 2 years later I was still pretty in shape but having a hard time with consistency (and considerably heavier) so I decided to resurrect the 100 day challenge. That was Oct 9, 2012 - I was 234 lbs and tired of going in the wrong direction. The first few days were difficult. I didn't want to keep going but I reached out to sparkies for support - and as always you all were here - lifting me up.
100 days later was January 16, 2013 - the pic of me in the red dress shows a big change
234 lbs to 204lbs in 100 days.
So where will I be 100 days forward (April 26th by the way) - I am hoping to be another 25lbs lighter which would put me at 179....
Can I do it? YUP!!!
