Keeping with my desire to focus on more than just numbers on the scale this blog is an update on my exercise endeavors!
I am not a half-way person -some days I wish I was.
When I first joined the spark, my goals were simple - make it through one month of exercise, every day....No excuses....One month became 100 days which then became 200, 300 and eventually a year. Yup I never missed a day for cardio workout of at least 45 minutes, and the weight practically fell off.
So here I am back to basics
28 days, and I have busted it out - booyah!
2075 minutes of exercise, or about 35 hours in 28 days
Is the weight falling off - not sure (no scale except every few weeks) but I feel better!!
And isn't that the point anyway?
What would you do if you knew you could not fail?
What would you do if you knew it would make you feel better?
What are you waiting for???
