If you are not losing weight, don't get discouraged. You may be losing inches. Take notice and see if things are different. Maybe your clothes fit differently or you can sit in a chair you couldn't before. I thought I wasn't losing weight any more, but then I began to notice things were different. My clothes are looser now, and I can fasten things that wouldn't fasten before. Good luck to you on your journey.
