I have come to realise that with Fibro fatigue I just have to do it...that is get off the couch and get going.Once I do it gets easier.I'm hoping blogging will help me.I feel positive and upbeat today.
So I will take advantage of it and do my 15 minutes of strenght training and go from there.

Come on everybody lets get fit!!!

  Yes, you are right. I've found, though, that often after I get up and do some exercise that I genuinely feel a bit better.

I didnt exercise or stretch for 2 days which turned out to be great because it made me see that I feel MUCH! better when I exercise.So now I am back on track.I have less pain when I stretch and use the stability ball,that thing makes me laugh,I look goofy on it.lol
This was a great lesson to learn. emoticon emoticon

I have been negligent in my fitness routine.My Fibromyalgia is acting up but I am supposed to at least.When I get stopped I feel awful.
But tomorrow will be a brighter day of that I am sure.

So all those caught in Fibro fog ride it out. emoticon

    Gentle exercise during a flare helps keep us positive and helps stop the stiffness

  I find that doing some movement when I'm in a flare helps me out, even though I really don't want to. I hope you feel better soon.
