Closet Cleaning! What a Joy!

It sure felt good to be able to clean out my closet and get rid of clothes that I no longer can fit and don't plan to ever be able to fit again! It was nice to get back into some clothes that I saved for such a time as this. Can you say "answered prayers"! Thank you Lord! And Thank You Spark People!

Daily Dose of Sun

Since my understanding of vitamin D deficiency, I am getting more exercise outdoors. Enjoying the sun and my neighborhood as I get my walk on. My home treadmill and the gym has been robbing me of this pleasure. It's a beautiful walk outdoors. And I have a nice tan as a benefit. :)

Diploma Received!

While working out to Coach Nicole's Fit, Firm, & Fired Up workout video, my son tells me that I received my University of Memphis diploma in the mail! Woohoo! I got the paper now! Okay, back to exercising! Lol.

Enjoying a Healthy Holiday Weekend!

It's going to be a beautiful 4th of July Holiday Weekend! Grilling Healthy this weekend! Seafood and veggies with summer salads! Yum! So many healthy recipe options here on SP!

I love my lifestyle change and desire for healthy living. I love thinking about healthy choices naturally and not struggling with it in my mind. I love that I am consistent with exercising. I enjoy logging my food and exercise daily.

I appreciate the fact that because I have and am spending the time daily sparking and reading the articles, blogs and being active here on SP, that I have renewed my mind to how I think about healthy living and exercise. It's no longer a major struggle, but a lifestyle change.

Thank you Chris "SparkGuy" Downie and Spark Friends for helping me to stay accountable to my daily choices in healthy living.

One of my dear spark buddies have sparked me to update my photo! Thanks Celebrate Life! lol The background photo is a year or two old. The last photos I uploaded was our cruise in Feb 2011. I have now uploaded a progression of photos from March to June 2011. Tell me if you can see a change.

I will be replacing that background photo before the day is out! Out with the old and in with the new! ...Doing my happy dance now!
