I am really upset with myself for not staying on track last week. I had gallbladder trouble last year and in the process developed pancreatis. Now eating certain things make me really tired. I don't fully understand why this happens. There is not much information about it. This happens everytime I make the choice to eat too many chips. I slept basically all day yesterday and I still feel really tired. I am hopping to get my energy level back today so I can get back to my exercise and healthy eating routines.
