sleepin mornings

I work 12 off 2! On my weekend to work i dont work til afternoon and everyother morning i am up at 6 am. So the weekends are my sleep in days. I enjoy these although i only get an extra couple of hrs. This morning i got woke up by the boys being extremely loud. They then preceded to go back to sleep leaving me wide awake.....RRRRRRR!!!! And a headache too boot.
Whatching Polar Express... Gtonna start decorating i think! emoticon f

Getting better at eating on my weekends to work. Ate much better today! Stressing alittle about Christmas... Very little money for the kids presents i always find a way but its stressful none the less.

My goals for December
1. Lose at least 5 pds
2. Gym 3 a week , minium of 2 Power class
3. No fast food
4. Do something nice for myself once a week

Focus on eating healthy...Moving more!

    Great goals! You know when the kids grow they will not remember the gifts that they get from you, but the gift you give them by being there for them. Time is the most precious gift you can give your children. emoticon

25 days til Christmas

I joined a Sparkfriend in a challenge to lose 4 pds before Christmas... And i have my own challenge to lose at least 8 by the end of the yr. And this week i lost 3.75 so great start... Very happy! Wish i knew what idid so i could repeat it!
I have decided to not focus so much on My Best Friends wedding so much and go back to my original focus of Saving my Life. I was losing more weight and eating better before i knew about the wedding.And although i am totally excited i need to focus on me and changing my life and being healthy. Cause that is the Ultimate goal.
Christmas will be fun... I am going to put some goals together so i do not go overboard and can stay to my goals. KEEP PUSHING MOVE AND PROVE

39 day challenge- Day 1

Day1
Started my morning of w my Exercise class which is done today :-( ....but i plan on hitting yhe gym next Sat... I set a goal for Christmas and i plan to reach it. Gym 5 days next week. i am going to make it a 35 pound loss for this yr. So thats a minium of 8 pounds by christmas. I now i can save my own life. I have to save my own life... No-one can do it for me. So here i go.... One day at a time One Pound at a time. SPIRALING DOWN I GO.... emoticon

39 days til New Years

A fellow Sparker's Blog opened my eyes to the fact that there is 39 days til New Years! In this year i have lost 27 pds since i started weighing weekly( for 2 mths i was scared to). I am not saying that isnt great but for 8 mths its not the best. I am thankful for losing that much... I just know that i dont want to take another 8 mths to lose another 27. So what can i do to make the last 39 days of this year a great healthy start for next year? I have to buckle down and get serious, i made a promise and i have started to not keep it. I need to get serios about saving my life. Obesity is not where i want to be in a year. So to form my healthy 2013, the plan is to cut fast food, concentrate on fruits and vegetable. Log a min of 2 hours of exercise a day, plus 20 mins of walking to start. And to Strength Train 3 times a week. And lastly to work on myself to be more confident and remove Skeletons that might be holding me back.... A goal for 39 days (5 wks) .... 8-10 pounds with no gains at all. MOVE AND PROVE.... I made a promise....

    Perspective....if I'd lost 27 pounds this year, I'd be ECSTATIC!!!! YOU did it in 8 months???
