Changing the program today by adding The Wii beginner Yoga program.
I practiced Hatha yoga when I was in the Navy while we were at sea. However I did not bring it in to my civilian life. That was a mistake.
I don't know if I can be as flexible as I was then and I certainly need to reduce my waist if I am ever going to be able to bend over and touch my forehead to my knees( without holding onto my legs).
I think the Wii program will improve muscle tone and strength and I know it will improve my ballance. I tried standing on my tiptoes with my eyes closed and immediately lost my ballance.
I really haven't been participating on the Wii Teami joined. I should be able to change that, even if it's just a little.
