Changing the program today by adding The Wii beginner Yoga program.

I practiced Hatha yoga when I was in the Navy while we were at sea. However I did not bring it in to my civilian life. That was a mistake.

I don't know if I can be as flexible as I was then and I certainly need to reduce my waist if I am ever going to be able to bend over and touch my forehead to my knees( without holding onto my legs).

I think the Wii program will improve muscle tone and strength and I know it will improve my ballance. I tried standing on my tiptoes with my eyes closed and immediately lost my ballance.

I really haven't been participating on the Wii Teami joined. I should be able to change that, even if it's just a little.

What a great day. The scales have come to rest on 194, I check several days in a row to make sure its not a fluctuation.
I may get to goal number two before the end of April.

Gotta get to work on that second pound in this series.

Working in my daughters ceramics studio today. She's out of town for Junior League.

Exercise seems to come in larger time periods, but only every other day sometimes.

It's 7:30 pm and I just did 2 miles in 45minutes. pulse got up to a sustained 111 per minute and no ill effects.

I want that lb to come off this month so this needs to be a routine every other day.

I think there are 3600 calories in a lb, so this should work.
