Tomorrow is the start of a new month & I've decided to shake things up a bit. I wanted to create a new workout schedule....& by new... I mean actual have one ;-) . So, I'm doing an instagram challenge as well as the fitness magazine tighten it up workout. I created my monthly schedule and want to reach my goal weight.
When I registered for SP I set my goal to be reached on June 19th......I can't believe it is only a couple of weeks away. Time flies...when you are having fun...lol.
I'm so excited to reach my goal & stay there. When I think back...I haven't been this weight since 2007. Last year I struggled with losing weight & eating healthy. I lost 5 lbs in 1 year......& that's when I decided to join SP in January. I'm excited to go on this next journey & keeping up a healthy & active lifestyle.
