I have made choices in the past that I am not proud of, but I have learned from my choices. I tell myself that if I want to change my life to where I know I want to be I have got to make the right choices. Some days I do feel like giving up but I keep looking at my visual motivation and somehow it gives me that extra determination to keep going.

Yes we all have choices.. Its all about choices, whether we make a wrong choice, or a right choice.. We learn from our wrong choices, that there is a better way of life, doing that things that we know is right and true.

I am making progress in my personal life and I am very thankful for that. I am doing great with my eating and yesterday I started my exercising again. I decided that I would workout at 8:00pm . My schedule has changed so I am adjusting.

I did very well on my trip out of town for a week. I am really grateful for all of the habits I have adopted because it is helping me in so many ways. The only thing I am working on now is at least working out 3-4 times a week.

I am dedicating 8:00 pm as my exercise time.
