I've been in the my Community's version of a Boot Camp program for some time now and while I appreciate the workout, the cardio and the strength training... I seldom feel like I'm getting the most out of it that I could. That being said I went into yesterday's class feeling guilty for missing a couple of classes this session and decided to make up for it. I put on my hand weights and ankle weights and vowed to give it my all... and this morning I woke up feeling a slight tingle in my abs and arms here and there. This makes me come to the realization that while I get some benefits of class by attending as I do, I won't see (or feel) the full effect unless I work for it. The weights are back in my bag and ready for Monday's class... bring on the twinges because it's a good feeling to know I've worked for them!
