Generally don't start canning until the snow is off the ground a month or so- but found some really nice asparagus on Friday. Mmmmm spicy pickled asparagus- have to love it! Between that and the Seed catalogs showing up, it must be Spring- right?
Ok, probably not since we're supposed to get another 3-6 inches of snow tonight. But, at least it will taste like Spring with the asparagus!
