OK, so a little false start to my fall effort as my last week was not great. And given the snow we have here in Michigan calling yesterday Fall is a little weird, but such is life. Onward!

Summer 2014

So I MIGHT get it in gear for the summer. I have had an awful year so far regaining a lot of weight while dealing with more stress and less sleep than I ever thought imaginable. But that's life and I have dealt with it poorly.

So my "summer" will not wait until the official start on June 21st. I will measure summer from June 1st to September 1st.

I saw this on AMARILYNH 's blog. SHE got this from KATRINAKAT23's blog. SHE got it from Septemberspirit's blog. She got it from MindBodyGreen. This is dense with lots of god thoughts. Its so good I want to be able to find it again.

Here are 20 things to let go of in order to reach unlimited happiness.

1. Let go of all thoughts that don't make you feel empowered and strong.

2. Let go of feeling guilty for doing what you truly want to do.

3. Let go of the fear of the unknown; take one small step and watch the path reveal itself.

4. Let go of regrets; at one point in your life, that “whatever” was exactly what you wanted.

5. Let go of worrying; worrying is like praying for what you don’t want.

6. Let go of blaming anyone for anything; be accountable for your own life. If you don’t like something, you have two choices, accept it or change it.

7. Let go of thinking you are damaged; you matter, and the world needs you just as you are.
