S.M.A.R.T. Goals 1/20/2014

My Goal: To lose 10 pounds by April 9th
My SMart goal: Specific and measurable: Lose 3 inches off waist and abs
SMARt: Attainable and Realistic: by cardio and strength training, and abs
SMART: Timeline: 12 weeks
1. Fit into size 8
2. Better posture
3. Stronger back
4. More energy
5. Feel centered
Behavior goals:
1. Eat flax, chia, and hemp
2. Take probiotics
3. Reduce intake of wheat
4. Focus on pilates and yoga 3 xweek
5. Focus on cardio 3 xweek
Who will I tell: Spark team Delta
Accountable to: Spark team Delta
6. Reward system:
a. What I will get if I do my behavior goals: Size 8 jeans
What I will do if I do not do my behavior goals: Donate exercise DVD to library
b. My Reward system is: Pay myself $5.00 for every DVD I do.
7. For the next 30 days:
I am confident that I can: Drink 8 cups of water per day
