IF YOU CAN'T TAKE CARE OF YOUR OWN BODY; HOW ARE YOU GOING TO BE ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF ANYONE ELSE. I LOVE THE LIFE I AM LIVING NOW. TRIED CARDIO INTERVALS WITH MY WORKOUT LAST NIGHT AT THE GYM. STARTED WITH 5 MIN ON ELLIPTICAL-THEN A ROUND OF WEIGHT MACHINES, ETC. THEN BACK TO THE ELLIPTICAL 2 MORE TIMES. WORKED UP A GOOD SWEAT. FELT VERY GOOD AFTERWARD AND DID SEE A DROP IN THE SCALE THIS AM.

EATING MORE?!

BELIEVE IT OR NOT; MY PROBLEM IS THAT I NEED TO EAT MORE. MY CALORIE INTAKE IS NOT AS MUCH AS WHAT I AM BEING TOLD IT SHOULD BE. I HAVE A VERY HARD TIME MAKING MYSELF EAT MORE. SINCE I HAVE BATTLED MY WEIGHT ALMOST MY ENTIRE LIFE. IT SEEMS LIKE I WOULD BE UNDOING ALL MY HARD WORK; HOWEVER, WHEN I DO EAT MORE (ALL NUTRITOUS FOODS) MY WEIGHT DOES SEEM TO GO DOWN.

I WILL MAKE A CONSCIOUS EFFORT TO KEEP MY CALORIE INTAKE UP IN THE COMING DAYS.

GOT THE 1ST 5K OF 2013 FINISHED THIS AM. FINISHED WITH A PERSONAL BEST TIME OF 38:23---DO NOT RUN-- BUT DID JOB SOME OF IT. STARTED RAINING EARLY THIS AM--THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE A WASHOUT; BUT IT STOPPED JUST IN TIME FOR US TO DO THE 5K. emoticon NOW IT'S ON TO THE MONUMENT 10K. THIS WILL BE THE 1ST TIME THAT I HAVE DONE A 10K; OR A REALLY, REALLY BIG RUN/WALK FOR THAT MATTER.
