**Update 2/9/2010 - After a brief break over the holidays and illness I'm back at the gym - getting some muscles. Need to up the cardio and I think that I will do C25K with my friend to fulfill my cardio needs each week. I would totally dig being able to run 3 miles without stopping before my 40th bday. I had oral surgery so I'm back down to the 130 range since I've been on a soft diet - this confirms that it is my emotional snacking that keeps setting my weight loss back - not being able to eat crackers, tortilla chips, cookies, anything crunchy and high calorie is a good thing.

Doing well this week with eating right - staying mostly in the range and have exercised everyday - added weights and squats to my routine. Having issues with getting enough protein even on a good day - I'm going to have to figure that one out since I don't have any spare calories - Cottage cheese and turkey slices are on my list for future snacks.

So in May I decided that I'm going to work out for 365 days on the Versa and if there were no changes I'm never working out again - LOL. I'm almost done with month two which is about 50 workouts - i've noticed that i'm stronger, muscles are more defined, i'm more fit, i have less tenderness/swelling in my ankles and knees. The one thing not changing is my ab bulge - yuck!

I've bought some fitness equipment and I've used it as an excuse to eat whatever I want - and the machine hasn't even been delivered yet! Ive gained another 8 pounds and can't wear my jeans. I'm looking at houses tomorrow with the realtor - I'm scared silly about making the commitment to buy - why does commitment = trapped in my mind?
