We eat healthy, run, walk, swim, lift weights; etc. to have a healthy physical body. But what about working out your mind, and your spirit? Thank you so much for the feedback FERGSGIRL2. Funny you should bring up being unbalanced. I'm currently reading a Joyce Meyer book called "How to Hear from God".
