As I read her Column, she did throw in Facts of Why it Worked but, I also saw in the Article that she wasn't convinced that Spark People, Actually helped people Lose Weight.

I have been on Spark for almost a Month on this Id & Years on Countless other Ids & have only seen Minor Results.

I'm with a Professional Weight Loss Doctor (Since Chris doesn't have the PHD or Other Degrees that he should have (Like Some/Rest of His Executive SP Team Members) He could get a Degree in Psychical Fitness which will show him ALLOT of his mistakes on here & Where he could improve his Weight Loss Program.

I'm not saying that the Site doesn't Work cos, It is Great to keep a Food/Exercise Log of what you do throughout the Day. But, ALLOT of people ain't getting Professional Help to go along with this Program. All I see are the People "Who" have Lost the Weight. You never see the Aftermath of what someone that Loses all the Weight & Has in Fact became Anorexic. (Which in My Book is just as Deadly as "Being Over Weight".) Or the person that is "Already" an Anorexic & that has DIED because of Programs like this one, that doesn't Monitor each of their Members to make sure they are Healthy.

I've already seen from looking @ People's Profiles that some are very close to their Weight Loss Goals & Look like they haven't eaten in a Month. They need to WARN Folks that their BMI Monitor isn't always correct in determining "What is a Good Weight" to be, For an Average Person. (Which as I see it, We all are different.) We all Eat Differently, Lose Weight Differently, Are Built Differently, We don't have the Same Genes, Etc........And that's why most DIETS Fail. Cos, what might Work for one Person, Doesn't always Work for another.

Everyone of the Spark People Executive Team should realize they are Responsible for Every Member that is on Their Web Site & Be Countable for Everyone of us.

I agree, I did sooo well during the weeks and I would go overboard on the weekends that we went up north because of friends that also have cabin by us and they love to eat. I do fine when we are home during the weekend but we go 2x a month. I need to work on this and find ways to eat healthier when we head north for the weekend.
