Well again it has been a while and I am going to do it this time. I have set my mind and I am not stopping. Starting on Sat. Sept. 28 I bought a new Jillian Michaels DVD Ripped in thirty I did the workout that Sat. took a rest day and then did it every day last monday- thursday. Then I did a 5k on friday rested Sat and Sun. This morning I did Week 2 Day 1 before work.
