Treat others as you would like to be treated

I may not be the brightest star in the sky but I have learned alot about how to treat others through out my life. As a child I was mistreated at school by other kids. I think this has a lot to do with how I treat people because I was on the end of receiving at one time and know how it feels. I know emotions has alot to do with eating habits as well so think twice about how you speak to and treat people it makes a difference in yours and their life.

    I totally agree. I think we need to put a stop to bullying of every kind and making fun of people is a form of bullying. It's cruel.

    I am sorry you were picked on as a child. Emotions at times have a way of doing harm if not harnessed. When things are eating at you you do not have to eat back at them. That biting reaction is anger and you have a right to your anger. Recognize it for what it is and then you can better deal with it. Good luck in all you do.

A Lot has Happened...

Well again it has been a while and I am going to do it this time. I have set my mind and I am not stopping. Starting on Sat. Sept. 28 I bought a new Jillian Michaels DVD Ripped in thirty I did the workout that Sat. took a rest day and then did it every day last monday- thursday. Then I did a 5k on friday rested Sat and Sun. This morning I did Week 2 Day 1 before work.

Ok I lost a few lbs last week just not feeling it this week... had an ok weekend, but a little worried about wednesday weigh in but I will make the best of it.

So excited weighed in last wednesday today has been a week and I have lost 3.4lbs if i can stay at this pace I should be almost at my goal by my birthday june 23. have to keep telling myself...
