I signed up for bootcamp...BUT this one is closer to my house and will be in the evenings...I will go Tues, Thur evening and Sat. morning....I also will be having "homework" on the days I don't go to bootcamp....I start on Tuesday so he told me to use this time to get "ready" by working on my eating and doing light exercise...nothing strenuous....so I plan to just do Yoga and maybe some walking up at the college...if it doesn't rain....

I want to get another HRM..one that counts calories...mine died and probably needs a new battery but it was the cheap kind and didn't count calories....I might go look around this weekend but I'm not in the mood to pay that much for one...lol

Anywho, that is all for now...I'm about to start some laundry and watch "Young & the Restless"...hope you all have a great evening...

R.I.P. Steve Jobs....truly a visionary and I, for one, LOVE my Iphone, Ipod and my Nano....it's amazing that he pretty much changed technology as we know it....

Today was a better day at work...I wasn't annoyed or anything by my co-worker so I count that as a win for me!! Then I came home to find out that I got my shoes from Adidas!!! The ones that I won on Spark...they are cute and pink (my favorite color)...the rep told me that she was going to email me with the colors that were available in their inventory but she never did....but I'm not mad!!!!!

Stikes again...lol!!!

Yep, she showed up at my desk this morning, while I was eating breakfast no less, to "start" with the barrage of questions (it didn't help that she has already emailed me this morning by the time I got in at 7 am)...so what did I do? I kept eating, checking OTHER emails, and halfazz paid attention to her...she had some printouts that she wanted to "show me" and I said "mmmph" while she was flipping through them....very nonchalant and very cool....after 10 mins she FINALLY left....

Not to let that deter her, she kept coming to my desk at least ONCE an hour, asking me dumb questions and trying to pick me for information...my attitude is "You'll find out when I tell you" so every time she came over, she got NO answer...on purpose...lol....my team lead was working from home today so I politely sent him a message saying "she is REALLY getting on my nerves"...he asked who I was talking about and I said "she has been at my desk every hour since I got here"...he THEN knew exactly who I was talking about...that's pretty sad..but then she bugs him too so he felt my pain...he told me to "take a deep breath and go somewhere and have a drink"....well I don't drink but I did take a deep breath and left and went to the gym...LOL....

I'll see them tomorrow.....LOL.....

I absolutely HATE it when I get to work and someone is at my desk (or sending me a chat) 5 mins after I log on to my computer...especially when you are already COMPLAINING about work....so I ignored them...and they continued to BOTHER me all day via chat and I IGNORED them....I already know that in the morning when I get there, she will be coming to my desk SO I am going to yoga before work which will make me come in later than normal....and then I am going to go into "stealth" mode so she won't know when I log in....lol...

I hate to be like that but seriously...you are NOT about to get on my nerves that early....I don't get paid for that and in order to not lose my cool, I'll just ignore you as long as I can....

Anywho, I am about to take an online course towards a certification that I want...I am going to put these classes on my resume so the recruiters will know that I have some knowledge in the subject, even if I don't have recent experience...it can't hurt, right?

soror. She can only steal your joy if you allow it. So, keep letting her know, via IGNORE, that you will not participate in her foolishness. It took me having a sit down with my boss to make me aware of how I had allowed my own expectations to turn into negativity. That was a wake up call for me to be a better example at work and to realize while this may not be my ideal job, I am blessed. So, if you have a chance, maybe you can be that wake up call for her.
