I have an appointment at 7am at the beauty shop and my beautician is collecting clothes for church...since I have sooo many clothes that are just collecting dust in my closet, I may as well pass them on to someone who could use them...so off I go to clear my closet....ttyl!!!!

This is my girl Alicia Marie....someday...someday....that's all I have to say about that...

I went to Wal-mart this evening and while the parking wasn't bad itself, I absolutely HATE it when folks are TOO LAZY to take the dang shopping cart back to the front OR even take it to the little buggy place in the parking lot....leaving a cart in between two cars is just rude...noone wants to have to do YOUR job and move the buggy so that they can get into their car...or them coming out of a store to find a scratch from the buggy that you failed to take back to its rightful place..what a way to dampen someone's holiday cheer!!!

So please folks, don't be lazy...take the shopping cart back....there really is NO EXCUSE for that type of bad manners.....

I haven't been posting my motivational pictures lately and I miss them...so here is Natalie!!! One of the rocking bodies that I am striving towards....

I know I have a ways to go but I will get there (or very close to it) and with that said, I need to lose the sugar/flour in my diet...I know I eat entirely too much but it's hard to remove it...so what I will work on for the remainder of the year is reducing the amount of sugar/white flour, etc. in my diet...it will be HARD (especially this time of the year) and I need to do some research to see how I can do this without shocking my system...and my willpower!!!

So..that is it for now....gotta go get ready for tomorrow!!!

I don't have much of anything to talk about tonight...today was a typical Monday at work...I didn't want to get out of the bed early to go to the gym, so I didn't...lol...

I plan to be back on track tomorrow...as long as I get my 5 days in this week, I'm not gonna fret about taking today off....

See, I told you this was random....lol!
