Ok, I am a member of two gyms...one I just started going back to(Trophy) and the other is the one where I was taking bootcamp classes in the morning(Jeromes Gym) ...the PLAN was to cancel membership at Jerome's and just stick with Trophy...well that was over a month ago and I never bothered to cancel it...why? Because in my "fitness" mind (you know the mind that makes all these big plans to lose weight and get it together) I was going to go to Jerome's before work or during lunch and go to Trophy in the evening for Body Pump, etc...
Well of course that never happened....I have been too lazy to get up to go before work and I have been swamped at work so no Jerome's...until today....well, when I get there the owner, Jerome, yells across the floor "Where you been? I haven't seen you in over a month..."....yep, there is a lunchtime bootcamp class not to mention just random folks in there working out so naturally I had no excuse...I just said "I'm gonna do better"....now the question is...AM I???
Honestly, I can get up in the morning...even have my alarms set...I just don't get up...lol...but I am going to do better...I HAVE to do better...not only am I paying them and not going but I have no valid reason not to go...I could cancel but on days like today where work is slow and I actually had time to go, I can go and get something done at the gym...so I'll keep them for now....
Speaking of Trophy...I got an email from them today about some challenge they are starting...there is a meeting on Monday evening that I'm going to...it's free to join and they are giving away prizes...that's all I need to know!
