Alicia Marie..I actually think she was one of my first fitness models on my blogs...

But on another note, a friend of mine was talking about the Super Bowl which is here next year...they want to go...I'm in no way a sports person but that would be a nice, EXPENSIVE, outing(probably more expensive if the Cowboys make it to the game) but I'm giving it some real thought...at least I'll be able to say I went to a Super Bowl game (hope the halftime show doesn't suck)..

We'll see what happens...it would be good to go but I'll have to see how the budget goes since I am also trying to buy a house next year...and THAT is more important than a football game....

This is the picture that started my "fitness" dream...my girl Natalie Benson!!

I'm not where I should be (or want to be) but I haven't gained any weight either...so that's good...I have my Spark back but I need to throw some gasoline on the fire to REALLY go up to the next level...I have 4 more months in this year to MAKE SOMETHING HAPPEN!!!!!

I won't be able to attend my friends Yoga class on Tues/Thursday because we have a daily call during that time...I really would LOVE to do some Yoga (without having to pay extra to do it)...the call should last through this project being released into production which should be mid-October...

In the meantime, I'll have to find some stretching exercises here on Spark or something...the way my bones be popping and ish, I apparently need to do something....lol!

Oh well...onto to the next level!!!!!!!!!!!

    Here's a little fuel to spark you. In my local library there are many yoga and pilates dvds available to the public for checking out. There are also other various exercise dvd's available to patrons of the library. I have tried many. Also Target sells exercise dvds at very reasonable prices. Check it out in each place I'm sure you'll find something that fits you style.
