I did 30 minutes of fitness today. (this is for yesterday, December 31)
Today's highlight was running on the beach with my boys. We drove down there for a few hours to celebrate the last day of the year. It's fun to see them get exercise outside in such a fun way!
I love this comment from a member – it's a great one showing how making your life an adventure can be such a great motivator to take additional positive steps to reach goals. Let's all make it a great 2012! I also think I remember talking to the nutritionist mentioned below!

Mr. Spark Guy.... Funny story... I noticed I was so close yesterday to getting a new trophy (15k) that I thought I might be able to make it. I did a lot last night trying to get over 100 pts, and today too. I added everything up, and even if I did another 30 minutes of *something* and got all 10 pts for extra exercises... I would be 8pts away from reaching my new year's goal... and then I scrolled down and saw, "Watch this video and get 10pts." Sweet.
I *AM* amazed at your generosity, your commitment to help other people be *healthy* (not skinny!). Floored.
Thank you for sharing your wealth for a greater cause. I've been a sparker on and off since Dec of 2007, when my nutritionist at Hickam AFB, HI referred me (I'm in the AF).
Thank you isn't enough... but seriously.
