I did 10 minutes of fitness today.
Busy day so only got 10 minutes today – but that's the point of this plan – that this is fine sometimes!
I loved this post today – shows the value of friendly competition to turn into a transformation!

Message: ok so I joined a weight loss group at work on Sept 1st and it ends
Dec 31st. my original goal was to simply win and collect my winnings
($25/person buy-in X 6 ppl). but since I started, this has become so much
more different than I expected. it has actually settled in that I could be
successful at this, so I changed my goal to 50 pounds by the end of the
challange. the first 10 pounds went fast. then 20 came around. then when I
wasn''t looking here comes 30. it was harder to find, but eventually 40
pounds came (and went). I''m currently at 41 pounds lost. I just couldn''t
imagine how great I could possibly feel and I couldn''t wait for the next
day nevermind the next pound. I now have even newer goals. I started
training for my first 5K which I plan on doing next July for my nieces
birthday. I have horrible knees that I''ve had 3 surgeries on and want to
take my training at an easy pace and not reinjure myself and I need to make
sure I''m fit enough to finish it.
I now know I can do this now and I WILL make it!!!!!
