I did 27 minutes of fitness today.
Today's highlight was getting outside in the crisp fall weather for jump rope and stretching. Keep getting as much sunshine as we head into fall/winter as you can everyone!

I just wanted to personally thank you for the SparkPeople program. I feel better than I have most of my adult life, and while I'm doing the work, you've given me the tools. I can't even begin to properly express my gratitude. I feel like I just found true north on my compass. :)
The SparkPeople Cookbook is an amazing guide, and so much more than a cookbook. I've been recommending it to all of my friends! (As well as SparkPeople.com, every time someone asks me how I'm losing so much weight.)
I joined SparkPeople.com last year, but wasn't ready for the change. August 15th of this year was my 'official' start date with my quest to change my life. Since then, I've lost 35 of the 120 lbs. I plan to shed. And I did it without starving myself, killing myself at the gym (even though I work out 3 days a week), or following some fad diet that deprives you of all normal foods.
Thank you for understanding that it takes more than a meal plan to make a successful journey towards a healthy life.
