I did 35 minutes of fitness today.
Today's highlight was playing football with Nico. I was getting ready to run sprints and he wanted to play football, so I was able to play with him and do sprints at the same time playing football. Nothing like a 5-year old running and laughing to keep you young as you play with him! He won the game 55-28 :).

Now, as of today I''ve lost 20 lbs. 10 in a year off of spark people, and
10 in 2 months on it. I''ve lost 4 inches on my waist! And not only that,
I look SO MUCH better. The weight loose isn''t obvious, but other things
are! I''m so much more awake, my skin has completely cleared up, I''ve got
NO dark rings under my eyes and their brighter, hair shinier, mood happier!
It''s so incredible, I still can''t really believe it. I have to keep
checking to make sure. Sometimes, I feel so happy/relieved it makes me
want to cry.
Sorry, I''m gushing, but I never thought it would happen. This website is
the best. I love the support and advice I get here. THANK YOU!!!
