I did 10 minutes of fitness today
Whew – I'm still trying to get over this "strep throat light" – today just did a light 10 minutes of bouncing on the mini-trampoline in the sunshine.
Feel like tomorrow could be a much better day. Went and saw my acupuncturist again today and liked the treatment again.

Life is so much better already! I''m proud of what I have accomplished, albeit with the help of God. When I look in the mirror, I am not hating what I see.
