I did 25 minutes of fitness today
Today's highlights were:
1 – I got some fitness minutes on the exercise bike while practicing for the Health 2.0 SparkPeople demo
2 – It was fun doing the demo itself. This was very short (only 3.5 minutes), but it was fun to show a member blog, some features, and other cool things. I even did jump rope for 5 seconds to start off the speech and challenged everyone in the audience to do 10+ fitness minutes.
I loved getting this Goodie today!

Thanks for challenging us to do at least 10 minutes a day. When Life gets hard, I remember "just do 10 minutes" and I don't feel guilty about not being able to do my goal of 4 miles/day. Can't always find that hour, but 10 minutes is easy! Finally a hint of fall in the air! Have a great day!
