The days sure are flying by! Today is my weigh-in day! Unfortunately I was injured this past week (pulled muscle--so I couldn't work out), started my period, and didn't eat as great. The result is gaining a few pounds (2 and some change). However, it could be quite possible that I didn't gain any weight at all. Whenever I start my period I usually gain a decent amount of water weight. Does anyone else have this problem? I'm guessing I either am about the same weight or lost a little bit less than a pound.
I'm not focusing so much on the scale because there are so many factors that can mess that number up. Especially this week with my period. I worked out for the first time today briefly (trying not to get hurt again). I'm still a bit sore, but nothing too bad. I'm refraining from doing Leslie's kicks.
I read this small book on walking called "Walk it Off"--I picked it up at the grocery store. I loveeee walking and I've been trying to incorporate it into my routine. I want to make sure I'm walking at least 10,000 steps daily.
