Ahh..today is week 3 of my personal challenge. So happy I've made it this far!! Thanks everyone for their support!!!
So I really messed up my right leg somehow...the calf and by the knee are not feeling too great and haven't been for the past couple of days. I have taken one and a half off and it still isn't helping much. Boo! I think when I was weight lifting last week I did it. I haven't weight lifted since but I was still doing my Leslie DVDs and she has a lot of kicking in there. I think I could have made it worse before I stopped working out. I guess I'll take today off again and see how it feels tomorrow.
Yesterday was the weekend, for the diet you're supposed to go in the "booster stage" and eat 250 more calories a day to keep your metabolic rate up. My sister said she ate anything (within reason) on the weekends and that it helped boost her metabolism even more and didn't make the diet seem so repetitive. I think I'm going to take her advice and for Fridays and Saturdays eat more calories and not stick to the diet plan. I think it makes me more likely to be back on..plus, I don't really care if it takes me a little bit longer to lose the weight if at the same time I'm able to indulge every once in awhile. I'm going to try to still keep my sodium intake down during these dates.
Well, I can't workout today..boo..but I will check in with you guys tomorrow :)
