Hello all..yesterday was day 16 of the personal challenge. Unfortunately, I didn't work out at all or track my calories fully. At the same time, I didn't really blow it or eat anything too bad for me. I am starting the Hilton Head Metabolism diet (as I described in last entry...for reviews or if you want to buy the book: http://www.amazon.com/New-Hilton-Head-Meta
iewpoints=1). Let me know if you want to join my team. Figure I would eat a couple of things that I won't be eating mac and cheese (a cup) or a nutty bar (one bar) for awhile.
I went to Meijer yesterday and bought some measuring cups and spoons, along with a kitchen scale..so I can adequately measure out exactly what I am eating. I also got a new Leslie Sansone DVD.
