Hey my little Sparkies! Haven't written in awhile. To be honest, I haven't really been wanting to blog. You know how they say that blogging is great for accountability? Well..haha, it wasn't doing that for me anymore. Just because I was writing in here did not mean that I was following through with my plans. It was almost working in the opposite way (making me feel bad about myself) because I felt stupid reporting that I failed. haha. No bueno.
The good news is I'm back on track..haha..and I think I'll report a loss for December. Fingers crossed (as long as the holidays/my birthday doesn't get the best of me-haha). Bodybugg is working really well for me when I am tracking my calories. I am going back to basics-water and tracking are my numero unos. Gotta make sure I'm doing that. When I have my water-I don't eat mindlessly as much when I'm bored. SO-8 glasses (at least) a day-it's on again! haha. I was seriously drinking like a gallon a day for awhile and then just stopped-definitely a great habit I need to pick up again. Tracking is good too if you're trying to be mindful...you don't realize how everything adds up together until you do track!
The good news is that I'm feeling super motivated! When I was doing my best with food..I would literally get excited to plan healthy meals. It almost became a game to me...how can I make a meal I absolutely love (but isn't all that great for me) healthy? It was fun! I had that feeling for the first time this morning...it's an awesome one :)
I'm still doing TurboFire...going to mix The Shred/NMTZ in there as well. I love TurboFire, but her core workout sucks. haha. And I feel like there needs to be a bit more strength training :).
