Wow! Excited? Yes! Overwhelmed? Yes!!!!

Today is my third day on here and I am excited to have found this amazing opportunity to reap benefits from a healthier life, but I am a bit overwhelmed right now! And I can't find where I would be tracking my weight? Not that I have lost anything yet, but there is just so much info on here! I am really intrigued by all the info, recipes, blogs, I have been on here for a few hours these last few days and feel like I haven't seen the tip of the iceburg yet. I have tried so many diets in my life, I am getting a real big feeling that this isn't your average weight loss/diet plan. So, hurray for me for finding this site, I guess someone up there loves me emoticon!

    To track your weight, go to My Trackers, then start. On the left side, towards the top it will list your trackers: Nutrition, fitness, weight. Click weight and you can enter your weight there. If you scroll down a little it will have My Goals and Progress. Beneath "weight progress" you can choose to change your goals so that it adjusts the number of calories you need to be eating to meet your goal.

This is my second time around and I am still learning new things. When I first started on this site, I spent hours every day on here. It helped me stay on track. Read the articles, meet new people, join teams, read the message boards, learn learn learn. Good luck!

You track food by clicking Trackers and going to the nutrition area :)
