So I ate like it was "The Last Supper", reluctantly I decided to track it ALL.
Scrolling down to the bottom of the page, I found that I only went over by 3 points in the "fats" category. Woo!!! Hoo!!!
The epiphany, the amount of fruits and veggies I consumed - 5 total.
After "pigging out" on blue crabs, sausage pieces, new potatoes, and some seafood mix all well-seasoned with spices, I KNEW I would suffer "tracking consequences". Low and behold I was pleasantly surprised.
So I encourage others to fill up on the better choices so they can be pleasantly surprised and discover the "epiphany" that I have.
